Ray Powers and Portia Rauer were successful in obtaining a defense verdict for two OB-GYNs in a medical malpractice case tried before a jury in 2023. Plaintiffs claimed that the physicians mismanaged labor and delivery resulting in a pelvic floor injury to the mother. The jury disagreed and found there was no malpractice.
