Idaho Supreme Court upholds enforcement of settlement agreement

John Howell was successful in enforcing a settlement agreement for his client in a case that was upheld by the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. Howell’s client was awarded attorney fees by both the district court and the Idaho Supreme Court.
