Real Estate buyer won on summary judgment and awarded costs and fees

Portia Rauer and Aaron Eskue successfully represented the buyer in a real estate transaction and forced the seller to return the earnest money.  The court found in favor of the buyers on summary judgment and awarded attorney fees and costs.
